Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in financial services. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and spreadsheets
  • Support data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Help with billing, invoicing, and other basic financial tasks
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Perform general office duties to support the team and management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience or internship in a financial services setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
