Ansible Engineer

Position Purpose:

Manages vendor evaluations, modifies and/or debugs vendor-supplied utilities and packages, and prepares technical documentation for telecommunications, network, and system software applications.

Education/Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
• Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
• Master's Degree Computer science, information systems, or similar field preferred

Technical Skills:

• Experience using HashiCorp Terraform and HashiCorp Packer technologies
• Experience using GIT CI\CD and DevOps mindset to implement code from a pipeline
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud for use in automation and troubleshooting
• Experience with creating Microsoft Power Automate flows
• Experience working on infrastructure as code both on-premises and within Azure
• Experience using RedHat Ansible Automation Platform to author playbooks
• Citrix experience and knowledge is helpful
• Experience with Cyber Security required
• Experience with Other: PowerShell and Endpoint Engineering, network protocols required
