This role will contribute to charting a new course for Lifestyle footwear by delivering compelling product stories that embody the core mission of the Crocs brand, Comfort for all People. As Associate Category Manager, Lifestyle, you will support the execution of the global category playbook to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand and the Lifestyle Category. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates with multiple cross-functional partners. You will apply effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.

What You'll Do

  • Support execution of seasonal brand & category objectives.
  • Assist product line planning, product briefing, and project/system management.
  • Facilitate landmark presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Master product creation lifecycle, ensuring product intent, costing targets & timelines are being met.
  • Become an expert in the lifestyle consumer, competitor landscape, and marketplace.
  • Analyze historical & real-time performance data using an insight-to-action approach.
  • Develop visual aids to identify new opportunities & apply findings.
  • Sharpen go-to-market through product naming, product copy briefing & editing, and communicate updates to product or timing.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 0-2 years product line management experience, preferably footwear.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines, experience with PLM system management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; works collaboratively.
  • Understanding of footwear construction and storytelling.
  • Passion for understanding consumer culture and market trends with a high taste-level.
  • Curiosity to understand new ideas and opportunities with a willingness to confidently express viewpoints.
  • Eager to enhance analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel.

Title: Associate Category Manager - Lifestyle

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
