Job Title: CRA Program Administrator

Department: Compliance

Report to: Compliance Officer

Work Location: Any PSB Branch – not remote.

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Summary: This new position with PSB involves implementing and maintaining the CRA and HMDA compliance programs to ensure adherence to state and federal laws and regulations. The role includes collecting, maintaining, and reporting data as required under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). Additionally, the position is responsible for managing community development opportunities within the bank's assessment area. While the primary focus will be on CRA and HMDA, assistance in other compliance areas may be required as needed. This position reports to the Compliance Officer and offers a potential career path within the bank.

Responsibilities:

1.Member of the Compliance and CRA Committee.

2.Will work closely with the Compliance Officer to coordinate CRA strategy.

3.Research and analyze data regarding demographic information for the banks assessment area.

4.Prepare reports and spreadsheets to document and track CRA/HMDA information.

5.Organize and maintain reports and spreadsheets.

6.Will work to identify opportunities to provide financial literacy training and manage these events across the bank’s footprint coordinating with Regional Presidents and Branch Managers.

7.Will work to ensure successful implementation and communication of events. These events include Teach Children to Save and other financial education opportunities for the bank’s communities.

8.Develop material, presentations, internal and external communications. Will coordinate with PSB’s Marketing Director to ensure consistency of message and delivery.

9.Will collaborate with Executive Staff, Regional Presidents, and others to identity nonprofit partnership potential in the communities we serve.

10.Will identify and research potential bank products and services that can help meet the needs of LMI individuals in the bank’s footprint.

11.Identify and support employee volunteer activities within the banks assessment area including monitoring and reporting.

12.Maintain the banks CRA Public File.

13.Will maintain and report the banks HMDA LAR.

14.Participating in industry cohorts and CRA/HMDA conferences as needed to stay abreast of current and emerging regulations.

15.Attend CRA and HMDA training sessions as recommended by supervisor.

16.Travel will take place as needed. May have to be away from home overnight or longer in some circumstances.

17.Assist in CRA and HMDA exams and audits and ensure timely correction of any findings.

18.Assist in or conduct staff training, as necessary.

19.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in banking or closely related work experience.

• Minimum high school diploma.

• Strong collaboration skills.

• Effective communication skills (oral and written) and comfortable with public speaking.

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize heavy workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines.

• Exceptional analytical and judgment skills and high degree of creativity.

• Good sales skills.

• Initiative-taker and flexible.

Work Environment

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.

Specific vision abilities are required by this job due to computer work.

Light to moderate lifting is required.

Regular, predictable, attendance is required.

Hours are Monday – Friday and will be fully determined based on location of position.

• You may be invited to continue education with advanced courses in strategy, management, and leadership.

• You may be invited to attend Graduate School of Banking

5. Senior Leadership (10+ Years)

• You may be named Chief CRA Officer (CCRO and work to set the vision for the company’s CRA direction, drive innovation, and represent CRA function at the executive level.

• You may become a thought leader in the industry, authoring articles, speaking at conferences, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
