As a Development Associate, Executive Assistant, and Personal Concierge, you will play a critical role in supporting our diverse development projects, managing the personal affairs of a high net worth individual, and contributing to the launch and management of their philanthropic trust. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Company: A rapidly growing development company specializing in real estate, resort lodging, renewable energy, semi-custom homebuilding, and community development. Our company is seeking highly motivated individuals to support our diverse projects, assist a high net worth individual in their personal affairs, and contribute to the establishment of a philanthropic trust. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of real estate, resort lodging, renewable energy, and semi-custom homebuilding projects. Maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to cost control measures. Provide executive assistance and personal concierge services to a high net worth individual, including scheduling, organizational planning, and managing personal affairs. Assist in the launch and management of a philanthropic trust with specific giving guidelines. Coordinate communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and external partners. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making and ensure the success of our development projects. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, hospitality management or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in project management, real estate, or a related industry is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in executive assistance and personal concierge services is preferred, but not mandatory. Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools). Compensation & Benefits: Annual starting salary ranging from $65,000 to $120,000 , based on candidate's experience level.
