We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented *Inpatient Pharmacist* for a *night shift 7-on/7-off* contract assignment in Woodruff, WI. If you're confident handling high-volume order verification, IV compounding, and supporting critical hospital units overnight — this is your opportunity to make an impact.
*Position Details:*
* *Specialty:* Inpatient Pharmacist
* *Location:* Woodruff, WI
* *Start Date:* *ASAP upon compliance/clearance*
* *Guaranteed Hours:* *72 hours biweekly*
* *Schedule:* *7 on / 7 off (Nights)*
* *Weeknights:* 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM
* *Weekends:* 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* *Float Requirements:* *None*
* *On Call/Call Back:* *None*
* *Weekends:* *Every other* in the rotation
* *Holidays:* *Every other* in rotation
* *Charting System:* *Epic – Required*
*Responsibilities:*
* Verify physician orders in *Epic*, ensuring safe and effective medication use
* Review and check technician-prepared medications and IVs
* Answer calls and provide guidance to nursing staff and other pharmacists across the organization
* Compound inpatient unit dose medications and prepare both *inpatient and outpatient IVs*
* Support hospital units including *Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, ED*, and *outpatient oncology*
* Manage multiple concurrent responsibilities with accuracy, professionalism, and speed
* Provide overnight pharmacy coverage for *multiple facilities within the health system*

*Qualifications:*
* Active *Wisconsin Pharmacist License – REQUIRED*
* *Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)* *preferred*, but not required
* Minimum *1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience* *preferred*
* Must be proficient with *Epic* and confident managing high-volume central pharmacy operations
* Must be a *hard worker*, *resilient*, adaptable to change, and socially collaborative
