Description We are in need of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR-related tasks including compliance, employee relations, and managing hiring processes. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the hiring process - Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Foster and maintain positive employee relations within the organization - Effectively utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR management - Leverage Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for efficient data transfer - Implement and manage HCM (Human Capital Management) strategies - Handle all benefit functions for employees - Utilize Ceridian for HR and payroll management - Maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization. Requirements - Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role. - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential. - Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required. - Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary. - Experience with Ceridian software is a plus. - Understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) is expected. - Expertise in Benefit Functions is required. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. - Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the HR field is necessary. - Experience in handling employee relations is expected. - Familiarity with various hiring processes is a must.
