About Us
We are a high-end residential interior design firm, and are looking for someone to join and grow with the firm It is very likely that this position will expand into a full-time role in very short order, if it's a good fit. We are currently a small but mighty team of three designers, and are excited to bring on a fourth to our super fun, high-functioning team

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating design concepts and plans for clients
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit
- Collaborate with team members to develop and present design proposals
- Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Assist in project coordination, including site visits and client meetings
- Create purchase orders and invoices
- Place and track orders for materials/furniture
- Assist in managing project timelines and budgets
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and/or SketchUp for interior design (AutoCAD and SketchUp strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and/or rendering software is a huge plus
- Ability to put together design presentations via Canva
- Strong communication skills, as you will be communicating with clients, vendors, and trades
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with project management software (Houzz Pro) is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Prior experience at a residential interior design firm (2+ years)
Own/access to car to attend site visits etc.
Experience in sourcing direct-to-trade furniture and familiarity with brands/manufacturers a huge plus

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 40 per week
