Our community is looking for an Activities Lifeguard   to join our team. 

Shift:

1. PT Saturday & Sunday 9:00am- 4:00pm 
2. FT Monday -Friday 9:00am-4:00pm

Activities & Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident pool activities. 
• Save guarding residents & visitors in the pool in our community.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a pool calendar.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for planned pool activities & swim sessions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years Lifeguard experience. 
• CPR certified preferred.
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to encourage and motivate older adults.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated creative ability.
• Strong skills in organization, delegation and consensus building.
