We are hiring a full-time, onsite Middle School Special Education Teacher in Portland, OR for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Overview

• Full-time position for 2025-2026 school year
• Middle School position
• Previous experience with Synergy and writing IEPs is required
• Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
• Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
• Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Current TSP Teaching License required with Special Education endorsement
• Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Rates: $45-60 / hour
• W-2 employment
