Secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining HR processes and working methods on Country/Regional dimension. Secure high qualitative execution in day-to-day P&C support to all employees. Secure compliance to employment standards and good cooperation with local social partners. Lead the local team of P&C generalists (specialists): recruitment, development, performance management, retention, and succession plans. Contribute to make IKEA a diverse and humanistic workplace.
