Job Title: Packager

Job Description

Join our dynamic assembly and shipping department as a Packager. You will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all packaging is carried out according to detailed work instructions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a brand-new warehouse with state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to work instructions.
• Assemble products when necessary.
• Receive items to stock and create shipping orders.
• Use various transportation and logistics companies to ship packages, including UPS and FedEx.
• Conduct cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety rules and ensure a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging finished products for shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Proficiency in order selection, picking, and using RF scanners.
• Experience with FedEx, labeling, packing, and production operations.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and work on a packaging line.
• General production knowledge and SAP experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
