Personal Lines Concierge

Job Summary:

A Concierge brings positive energy to each conversation, resolves issues quickly and effectively, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. As the face of the service team, a concierge associate must have a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor to make clients feel comfortable and well cared for. Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients, ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and producers.
  • Foster internal relationships and contribute to the development of a positive organizational culture.
  • Assist in billing issues, research, and cancellation review, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Proactive outreach to client base before/after weather events, or appropriate insurance related news
  • Engage in client outreach for new and renewal business to maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Conduct pre and post-loss reviews and provide assistance with risk management to minimize potential risks for clients.
  • Assist the Account Management team with overflow tasks, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Required
    • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred
    • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
    • Applied/Epic Agency Software experience
    • Property & Casualty License

  • Excellent organizational, office, and computer skills.

  • Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
