Job Description

The Psychology Post – Doctoral Fellow is a contracted associate or under a residency/fellowship program. Required: Have documented experience in providing psychotherapy to children. Completion of a doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology. Currently enrolled in an APA accredited doctoral-level graduate program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology. Evidence of graduation from Doctoral Program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology within six (6) months of hire. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within six (6) months of hire or transfer. Preferred: Have documented experience in providing psychology services to children in a hospital or other medical setting. Completion of an APA accredited doctoral-level graduate program in clinical, counseling or school psychology. Completed an APA accredited psychology internship. Sensory Requirements: Color Discrimination, Depth Perception, Far Vision, Hearing, Near Vision.
