Quality Control Technician Needed For Our Lab

Join our dynamic team working at a leading multinational consumer goods manufacturer!

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our High Point, NC production facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of our fast-paced
assembly lines.

Work hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30 Min Lunch)

CORE JOB DUTIES

1. Conducts routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.
2. Interprets test results and compares them to established specifications and control limits.
3. Performs visual inspections of finished products.
4. Compiles laboratory test data and performs appropriate analyses.
5. Completes documentation needed to support testing procedures.
6. Calibrates, validates, or maintains laboratory equipment.
7. Supplies quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions.
8. Investigates or reports questionable test results.
9. Assist in preparation of batch documentation.
10. Performs validations in accordance with applicable policies or guidelines.
11. Ensures that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
12. Identifies quality problems and recommends solutions.
13. Monitors testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
14. Compiles and maintains stability programs.
15. Identifies and troubleshoots equipment problems.
16. Writes technical reports or documentation.
17. Prepare samples to be sent for 3rd party testing.
18. Prepare, fill and label R&D samples.
19. Prepare for shipping R&D samples for customers.
