Job Description

*REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS CALIFORNIA*

Must live in California and able to travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the state.

* Registered Nurse with a solid clinical background as a DON
* Multi-facility SNF leadership experience is highly preferred

*JOB DESCRIPTION*

* Effectively manage multiple Directors of Nursing and guide the staff to the highest levels of regulatory compliance
* Participates in the quality improvement process
* Evaluates facility performance and conducts inspections as necessary
* Audits facility documentation and makes recommendations for improvement
* Provides clinical guidance to ensure optimal quality of care in assigned region
* Ensures facility compliance with federal, state and local regulations
* Monitors Infection Control and Incident Reports
* Follows through with DONs and LNHAs on Quality Improvement recommendations

*REQUIREMENTS*

* _Required - _Must live in California and able to travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the state
* _Required - _Active registered nurse license in California
* _Preferred - _Prior experience as a Nursing Home Regional Nurse preferred
* _Required - _Prior experience as a Director of Nursing required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
