Job Description

Senior Manager, Product - Tech, Amazon People Insight

Job ID: 2955756 | Amazon.com Services LLC

The Amazon People Insights team sits at the core of the People Experience and Technology (PxT) organization, delivering world-class data foundations, analytics, and visualizations that empower leaders across HR, Worldwide Operations, and Corporate functions. Since day one, our mission has been to build scalable products that help understand and manage Amazon’s global talent—spanning every job family, function, and geography.

Our innovative product suite ingests and analyzes vast amounts of people data to generate actionable insights through intuitive dashboards, integrated user experiences, and a Gen AI-powered assistant. Built using latest technologies—including the latest LLM models on Bedrock, OpenSearch, and more—this assistant is revolutionizing how HR, Operations, and business leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. We collaborate closely with Amazon’s Business Data Technologies and leverage AWS’s most advanced Gen AI capabilities to shape the future of people analytics at Amazon.

At the heart of our ecosystem is Clarity, our flagship product designed to help HR and business leaders explore, customize, and share people insights in a single, intuitive platform. Clarity enables teams to access dynamic reports, tailor analytics to their specific needs, and drive strategic workforce planning with confidence. Whether it’s enhancing employee engagement in Fulfillment Centers, enabling ultra-fast delivery through Prime Now, or supporting flexible pickups via Amazon Locker, the People Insights team ensures that leaders across Amazon’s vast operations have the data they need to lead with clarity and impact.

Are you excited to lead a talented team of product managers, drive the strategy behind transformative, AI-powered analytics products, and have a direct impact on Amazon’s global workforce?

Key job responsibilities
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to not only shape the vision and roadmap for Clarity and our Gen AI capabilities, but also to lead and mentor a dynamic group of Product Managers. In this people leadership role, you will cultivate a high-performing, customer-obsessed team, working cross-functionally to deliver products that impact Amazon’s global talent strategy. If you have a passion for building innovative, data-driven products, leading teams with impact, and shaping the future of how Amazon leverages talent data—come join us.

Your leadership will directly support the growth, retention, and success of Amazonians worldwide—because behind every customer experience is a workforce whose story you’ll help shape.
