We have a 1st shift opportunity for a DECORATIVE/FINISH Spray Painter starting at $22-24/hr. This role is for a finish painter, not an industrial painter. We are looking for someone who has spray painted decorative signs, or even finish autobody painting.

Mon - Fri (6:00am - 2:30PM) *OT as needed

DUTIES:

• Paint decorative signs and other items with a hand-held spray gun
• Spray paint metal, plastic, wood, foam, plus other materials for decorative pieces
• Have knowledge of the proper materials to use for each application; correct primer, correct paint, correct application
• Inspect finished item for defects before passing onto the next department
• Clean all equipment used in painting applications
• Maintain a clean workspace
• May be assigned other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years' experience with gravity fed sprayers
• Experience with graphics/signage materials
• Ability to work overtime when needed (some Saturdays can be required within peak season)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for the length of the working shift
