We’re growing quickly and looking for a Transaction Coordinator who thrives in a high-output, team-driven setting and knows how to roll with the punches. We are seeking a full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator to oversee the entire transaction process from signed agreement to closing. You’ll be the key point of contact for sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal teams, ensuring that every transaction moves efficiently and successfully to the finish line. Expect to manage 10–15 active transactions per month while keeping communication crisp, deadlines on track, and issues handled before they become problems.
