You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Are: • Exceptionally organized and process-driven • A strong verbal and written communicator • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and scheduling tools • Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities • Naturally upbeat, outgoing, and solutions-focused • Service-oriented and pride yourself on delivering 5-star experiences • Comfortable on the phone and confident leading client conversations Compensation: • Annual Salary $30,000 - $40,000 • 25% Bonus for referrals • In Office position Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm (NO WEEKENDS, occasional RMRE event)  • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays Responsibilities: Manage all purchase contracts from contract to close for Buyer Agent and Showing Assistant transactions, including: • Sending introduction emails and next steps videos • Entering client and contract information in RE Homebase if not already present • Performing quality assurance checks on incoming files and documentation, notifying agents/Leadership Staff of discrepancies, and collaborating on resolutions • Coordinating Due Diligence (DD) and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) checks • Tracking and updating agents' calendars with important dates • Scheduling and coordinating inspections, appraisals, appointments, and closings • Communicating with all involved parties: agents, inspectors, closing attorneys, vendors, etc. • Preparing and reviewing PIAs, following up on repair statuses, obtaining invoices, and verifying completed work • Managing contract amendments and additional documentation as needed • Ordering or transferring home warranties to buyers when applicable • Providing utility information to clients at the under-contract stage • Supporting clients and agents throughout the contract-to-close process • Maintaining regular communication with clients and agents, including weekly Wednesday status calls • Holding weekly face-to-face meetings with each agent to review their files • Logging all communications and notes in RE HomeBase • Reviewing files prior to closing to ensure completeness and executing a plan of action for any missing items • Reviewing the HUD for accuracy and discussing it with the agent before closing • Sending a final next-steps email to clients, introducing the closing coordinator (including video) Perform final file review one week prior to closing , including: • Identifying any missing or incorrect documentation and submitting the file to the Director of Operations for quality control • Coordinating and scheduling the final walk-through with the client and agent • Finalizing the file for the agent one day before closing • Attend all required meetings , with special emphasis on daily morning meetings • Secure at least one referral per month , either from a current client or a personal connection • Support receptionist duties (shared function) — including answering phones by the second ring Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles (real estate, hospitality, or service industries preferred) • Ohio Real Estate License, or willingness to get licensed  • Familiarity with real estate transactions or CRM platforms (training provided) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management abilities • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Independent and proactive with strong critical thinking skills • Service-based attitude with excellent consultation and customer service abilities • Learning-based mindset with a CAN and WILL DO attitude • Tech-savvy; comfortable with new systems, office applications, and gadgets • Detail-oriented with a love for to-do lists and completing tasks efficiently • Comfortable working with strong personalities • Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed to support team success About Company: Ragan McKinney Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm located in Mt.
