Must have recent 5+years of extensive acute care clinical experience
Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED
Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required
Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred.
Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is STRONGLY preferred.
