Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift (3:00p-11:00pm M-F)

Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to be based out of Harvey, IL. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this person will be responsible for managing all distribution functions for the Harvey location, including safety programs, shipping & receiving, inventory management, and warehousing on 2nd shift. This person will lead a department of approximately 15-25 employees represented by a union. The distribution center is presently working 3 shifts M-F, with occasional Saturday work. This position may be assigned to any shift within the department but primarily supporting the off shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a high-volume distribution center in a supervisory role, with focus on receiving, picking, and shipping. In addition, this candidate will have experience managing distribution center KPI compliance, WMS and scanning system experience with JD Edwards preferred.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $61,200 - $84,150. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
