The Sales Assistant provides support to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC’s (“CCM”) mortgage loan officers in their daily duties to increase loan production levels. The Sales Assistant works directly with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate timely loan closings. Job Responsibilities include assisting in reviewing mortgage loan application and documentation, reviewing mortgage loan disclosure packages and delivering them to the borrower, creating rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages, reviewing documents and entire loan files to prevent problems, clarifying/correcting information and obtaining additional information as necessary, providing general clerical and phone support to loan officers and/or loan processors, supporting various stages and areas of lending and processing, managing a pipeline of various loan types, delivering appraisals and property valuations to borrowers, tracking outstanding items on loan files, and facilitating timely loan closings by working with the Title Company and customers. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year mortgage-related experience including customer contact, preferred sales support and Salesforce experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, prioritization and time management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
